I cant say definitively this is the best pizza in Raleigh but if its not, its top 3 for sure. I eat so many different kinds of pizza, its hard to quantify "best". Picked up two pizzas yesterday and both were outstanding. SUPER crispy crust without being burnt, zero flop which was great and the flavor was on point. Sauce was well balanced and present, and the toppings were exactly as I hoped they would be. As a bonus, it was still delicious the next day which with a lot of local pizza is not the case. My only complaint is I can't get one of their pies anytime I want. I hope they find a brick and mortar so I can put a tent in the back room for convenience. Honestly, if these guys were open all the time, this is probably the only pizza I would eat.

This is the BEST pizza place in Raleigh, and it’s not even close! I chose to pick up, and due to an unusually large order placed before ours, had to wait an extra 20 minutes for our food. They made it up to us by giving us a free cookie, and our entire order for FREE. From talking to them, you can tell they are passionate about this place and care deeply about the food and customers alike. It’s not often you find a restaurant that cares about their customers like that, much less one with food this good. Regarding the pizza, it’s simply the best in Raleigh. The crust is perfect, the pie is cooked to perfection, and the toppings are amazing. You can tell that everything from the dough to the sauces are home-made and only fresh, high-quality ingredients are used. This was my first time here and I can guarantee I will be ordering again, we have found our new go-to pizza place! I highly recommend trying it yourself!!

Yeah the bake on these pizzas, 🤌 chefs kiss. So perfectly crisp on the outside, soft and airy on the inside, such a great bite. Hands down the best baked pizza in RDU. Ordered from here twice now and both times were perfect. Flavor is unique and definitely different than chain stores, so that's gonna be subjective to your tastes, and my family loves it. The cheese sticks and garlic knots are amazing, the dough is definitely well made and every bit if those 72hrs of fermentation is coming through. The star is the Dill sauce. I didn't think I'd like it like I do, but get a bite of those garlic knots in that dill sauce, yeah lemme just polish off a box of those.

Really enjoying the pizza here, so much so that we’ve been 3 times in 2 weeks! The crust is what has been missing in the Raleigh area! The flavors are creative, the lemon ricotta is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. A couple inconsistencies - the first time I ordered the pickle pizza, it came with a side of the dill ranch (which is as delicious as everyone is pointing out), but I think that was accidental because I ordered it this week and it didn’t come with the sauce, and it’s definitely a priced add-on on the ordering screen. Checking out - Apple Pay is at the top of the checkout screen but the total is collapsed all the way at the bottom. I missed it the first time ordering and there is an automatic 15% gratuity, which is excessive IMO for pizza that’s already leaning a little on the higher end. Selfishly, I hope they do well enough for a dedicated permanent location that’s more central, since it’s currently a 25 minute drive for us. Hasn’t stopped us yet though 😉

Don’t be deterred by the wait or the slightly sketchy parking lot. This pizza is ABSOLUTELY FREAKING AMAZING. We ordered the Butter Chicken and Pepperoni. Flavors/texture/temperature/amount of toppings - all superb. ALSO THE RANCH IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. We only got one cup and fought over it so next time we’ll get more. It’s a drive for us but we will be back and soon!!!
